Having hosted many famous players such as Bobby Locke and having in its history such well known notables as the Small family and Tim Worthington, Umkomaas Golf Club  Men's Section also boasts more recent celebrity golfers such as Tim Clark and Garth Mulroy in it's membership.

Club competitions are normally played on Wednesdays starting at 10h00 and on Saturdays. As usual bookings can be made via the pro-shop or by accessing the time sheets in the Clubhouse foyer. A Social Competition is held on Fridays starting at 15h00 over 6 holes

As per the profile of friendliness of which the club is so proud visitors and new members are always welcomed by members.
